Project Quality Engineers
The QA department provides support to all projects with dedicated quality assurance engineers who are integrated into the projects team, providing support for:
- Engineering design reviews
- Manufacturing processes, both internal and through the supply chain
- Inspection & Test
Quality Control Inspectors (Verification)
Inspection department support the goods inward process committing to the R.F.T philosophy. Inspection are also integral to stage and final inspection points.
NES have a temperature controlled standards rooms which maintains control of all controlled measurement tools & equipment:
- Plotting Shadowgraph
- Mititoyu 3 axis CMM
- Portable 3 axis FARO arm
- Positive material identification
Weld inspection (Verification)
- NES have a comprehensive database of welding procedures to BS EN 15614
- Non-destructive capabilities cover Dye penetrant and magnetic particle inspection to PCN level II

Visual weld inspection (both to PCN level I & CSWIP 3.0)
LQR (Lifetime Quality Records)
Validation for projects delivered by NES to customers are supported where required, producing a full auditable trail for traceability of materials/components/production tests.
The NES QA department underpin the project deliverables with Lifetime Quality Records, compiled and presented by the departments technical clerical staff.
We achieve our stringent quality standards through:

NES are fully certified to BS EN ISO9001:2008 which is subjected to 6 monthly third party audits.
