NES is a project management lead company, ensuring that all contracts are delivered on time, to budget and providing the highest level of customer service possible, not only achieving, but exceeding the customers’ expectations.

NES has launched a development programme involving all project managers assuring that they are all are accredited to the Association of Project Managers (APM) status and become verse in using established project management tools and techniques.

APM membership promotes the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics for all project professionals. All APM members commit to the APM Code of Professional Conduct which sets out the standards of conduct expected by those working in the profession in line with the APM five dimensions of professionalism.

Integrated Project Teams

NES operate with Integrated Project Teams (IPT) for the delivery of all contracts. IPTs consist of employees from various disciplines, working and located together, with the sole aim of delivering an innovative, best value solution, on time and to budget.

The IPTs are led by a single project manager who acts as the single point of contact for each contract.

The use of IPTs provides a platform for NES which encourages teamwork and co-operation through integration and supports engagement with customer teams.

NES operate an integrated cost and project planning system based on Primavera P6 and IBS K3 business management system. Use of these combined systems supports project resource management, earned value analysis, scope management based on a work breakdown structure, risk and opportunity management, and integrates formal review and change control processes.
