Working along with a mentor team within the engineering department, we offer a flexible graduate training scheme designed to equip you with all of the technical, business and personal skills required to launch your career.
NESs graduate scheme has been accredited by IMechE's Professional Development Standards Committee for the development of Incorporated Engineers (IEng) and Chartered Engineers (CEng).
It was noted that NES Mentors and Developing Engineer's had a good understanding of UKSPEC and IMechE requirements with good e-MPDS records, with Mentors acting as good role models.
