NES Wolverhampton – Head Office:
Capabilities include:
- Concept through to detail design
- Manufacture
- Assembly, test & commissioning
- Training
- Procurement and project management.
Facilities include:
- 30 m high tower
- 55 tonne crane
- Machining and fabrication workshop
- Large lay down and assembly areas
- 2 m x 6 m deep pits
- Ultra High Pressure waterjet cutting facilities
- Three floors of engineering personnel.
NES Risley – Centre of Engineering Excellence:
Capabilities include:
- Front end engineering
- Project Management
- Key Client Liaison Unit.
NES Beckermet – North West Division
Capabilities include:
- Engineering design
- Assembly
- Test & commissioning

Facilities include:
- 6 m deep test pit
- 30 m high tower
- 60 tonne crane
- 500 tonne loading capacity
- 12 m high standard factory height.
