Health & Safety
At NES, health and safety is an integral part of our business performance, and we are extremely proud of our employee and stakeholder commitment to achieving an impressive safety record.
In October 2010 NES reached a significant milestone, achieving over 1.1 million man hours with zero lost time accidents.
This has been achieved through:
- The commitment of our employees
- Clear safety policies
- Engraining a safety culture into the organisation.
Health and safety objectives for the whole business are set out on an annual basis, and included within employees Personal Development Reviews (PDRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Although they are annual objectives they are reviewed and reported against on a monthly basis.
