NEHL - Nuclear Engineering (Holdings) Limited was formed in December 2003 following the acquisition of Rolls-Royce Nuclear Engineering Services by investors including the management of Power Jet Systems.

A previous acquisition in 2002 included the Special Purpose Equipment Division of NNC to form the SPE Division of Power Jet Systems.

Power Jet Systems SPE now underpins the expansion of the manufacturing capability of NES.

NEHL is now the Group holding company for three separate operating companies:

NEHL - Nuclear Engineering Services Ltd
Power Jet Systems Ltd
Power Jet Systems SPE

These companies operate from an 8,000 square metre site in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands.
